We speak with each candidate at least twice: Once in a phone screen and once in a detailed face-to-face interview (in person or virtual).

3. Present

We present you with a slate of candidates that fit your needs in terms of both experience and culture.

We provide you with a detailed analysis of each candidate and

openly discuss what we see as the pros and cons of each candidate.

4. Support

We support you in all phases of your interview process. We conduct the reference calls with your chosen candidate.
