Mike has over 25 years of experience in operational management, executive recruiting, organizational development, and international strategy consulting. Having served in senior management positions in industry and consulting, Mike has a well-rounded understanding of organizational strategy and recruiting.
Mike founded the Sigred Group to help clients increase profitability by leveraging the team’s unique skills and experiences to create pragmatic solutions.

Kristi has over 25 years of experience in human resources in the automotive, healthcare, and workforce solutions sectors. Her expertise includes strategic planning, change management, operational excellence, and team collaboration.
Kristi is passionate about education and learning. In addition to her professional experience leading global learning for Fortune 500 organizations, she also serves on the boards of Focus: HOPE and Pewabic Pottery, non-profits based in Detroit.

Erin Fitzpatrick
Senior Client Advisor
Erin joined the Sigred Group from Pet Supplies Plus, where she led the implementation of their Learning Management System and developed in-person and virtual training courses for all levels of the organization. She has over 6 years of Human Resources Management and Training Development.
Erin understands all aspects of HR, Recruiting, and Organizational Development. Prior to joining Sigred Solutions, she was an HR Administrator for an automotive supplier, focused on recruiting, and a Benefits Coordinator for a national professional employer organization.
Erin enjoys bringing people together so that they can shine their brightest.

Shannon Allen

Shannon has amassed over 20 years of experience, specializing in Talent Management, Leadership and Career Development, Coaching, Workforce Planning, Manufacturing Strategy, and Plant Operations. She has successfully directed leadership development programs for executives and developed mentorship programs.
Shannon is highly motivated and enthusiastic about promoting leadership and the growth of others. She was featured in Jo Miller's Women's Leadership Emerging Leader Spotlight and quoted for International Women's Day, emphasizing the importance of understanding one's strengths and passions, which ultimately reflects in one's work.

Mike Beamish

Mike has over 35 years of human resources and business experience. His experience includes working at the C-suite level of a global automotive company and as the CHRO of a SaaS company.
A native of South Africa, Mike is a business-minded HR executive who prides himself on forging trust-based relationships with business partners and leaders across all levels of the organization. “Business success through people” has been Mike’s mantra throughout his career. He believes that at the core of any sustainable business success is the company’s ability to attract and retain talent. Leadership is a privilege and honor; however, it comes with huge responsibilities.
Mike is passionate about helping leaders learn, grow, make people feel valued and inspire them to achieve greatness.
